The guides are for general information
Our guides are travel information for families heading to youth baseball and softball games. We research them from official and published sources, but details change. Prices, hours, field details, parking, and event or organizer rules can be different from what a guide says, or can change after we last checked. Please confirm anything that matters to your trip with the hotel, venue, park or tournament organizer before you rely on it.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including that the information is accurate, complete or current, or that the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Agate Capital LLC and TourneyGuides aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its information, including travel plans, bookings, purchases or decisions you make based on a guide. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

Hotel links on our guides are affiliate links. Booking through our hotel links may earn us a small commission. It helps pay for researching these parks and doesn't change your price. Bookings are made with the booking site or hotel, under their terms, not ours.

Our guides link to other websites, such as official park, city, hotel, restaurant and booking sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, availability, policies or services.
Not affiliated with the places we cover
TourneyGuides is an independent guide and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any tournament organizer, league, team, park or facility named on this site. Names are used only to identify the places and events.
Correction reports
Each guide has a form for sending corrections. We treat every report as a lead: we check it against an official or published source before we change a guide, and we don't publish reports themselves. By sending a report, you let us use the information in it to check and improve our guides. Please don't include anyone else's personal information. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy page.
Copyright and takedown requests
The guides' text and layout belong to TourneyGuides. Photos are credited to their owners and used under their stated licenses. If you think something on the site uses your work without permission, or you'd like something removed, please reach us through the contact page or at hello@tourneyguides.com. Include the page address and what the request is about, and we'll review it promptly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date below. Using the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
