Blast Off Bay Indoor Waterpark

Genesis Sports Complex, Goddard, KS 67052 · on site

The complex includes the Blast Off Bay indoor waterpark, connected to the on-site Hampton Inn, with waterslides, an indoor surf simulator, a lazy river, an arcade and toddler play areas: an easy way to fill a gap between games (Genesis Health Clubs; Hilton). Admission is separate.

Packing notes

Every field is turf (Genesis Health Clubs), so pack turf shoes and expect the surface to run hot on sunny afternoons.
Kansas summers are hot and windy: bring a canopy with weights, sunscreen and plenty of water, or ask about renting space in The Pentagon (Genesis Sports Complex).
Spring and fall storms can build quickly on the plains; keep rain gear and a layer in the car.
If you're staying at the Hampton Inn, pack swimsuits for the connected waterpark (separate admission).
