Out-of-state fastpitch teams come here for all-star tournaments, including the MV Pirates from Moapa Valley, Nevada, the Rock Springs Storm from Rock Springs, Wyoming and the Nevada Valkyries from Carlin, Nevada (TourneyMachine).
Both hotels below are in West Valley City about 9 minutes east, local food and coffee on 5600 West are a minute or two away, and the Salt Lake Bees' ballpark in South Jordan is about 18.
