Borst Park Sports Complex (Wheeler Field) tournament guide
Centralia, Washington · 500 Pioneer Way, Centralia, WA 98531
Last verified 2026-10-16
Field surface: 7 turf infields, 3 dirt
A mix. The City of Centralia's 2026 field sheet lists turf infields on Field 2, Wheeler Stadium and the Quad Fields 6–10, and skinned (dirt) infields on Fields 3, 4 and 5. GSL Tournaments' field list still shows Ft. Borst Park and Wheeler Stadium as grass/dirt, but the city owns and schedules the fields, so we go with the city. (Field 2 turf infield (60/70 ft bases); Fields 3–5 skinned infields (60–90 ft); Wheeler Stadium turf infield (90 ft); Quad Fields 6–10 turf infields (60–90 ft, school district property))

Quick facts
- Three areas in one park: the Borst softball complex (Fields 2–5), Wheeler Baseball Stadium (90 ft, stadium seating, restrooms, concessions) and the Quad Fields 6–10 on Centralia School District property (City of Centralia 2026).
- Wheeler is the only field with ballfield lights for now, so late games follow the sun elsewhere. Tournament games don't start before 8am (city policies).
- No dogs or other pets, no sunflower seeds or nuts in the shell in the complexes or Wheeler, and no food or drinks on the playing surfaces (city ballpark regulations).
- No overnight parking or camping in Borst Park. RVs and oversized vehicles park in designated daytime areas only.
- The NW Sports Hub indoor arena (701 Allen Ave) is in the same park. Borst Park kitchens and picnic shelters can be rented from the city for team meals.
